there has never been a waxing salon that deserves 5 stars more than this UrbanWaxx location. Let’s start with the process: scheduling is so easy, the customer service is great, the aura of the waiting room is comfortable, and the building is kept incredibly clean. but more importantly Taylor is the best waxer i have ever been to. she makes the wax fast, easy, and has such a wonderful attitude the whole time. seeing her is the highlight of my month and she makes me laugh so much i dont even feel a lick of pain. i cannot emphasise enough how AMAZING she is!! if you’re reading reviews and dont know who to book with, go for Taylor, she’s the absolute best! (in my eyes)

Rachelle is amazing. Love talking with her and she is amazing at her job. The whole store is kind towards me. It's sometimes weird for me going into shops like this as a straight male for some reason . But I always go here because Rachelle and the team are so great to everyone.
