After going through the great 5 star reviews for this location, I had booked a late, last minute appointment on a Friday for a Brazilian here last month. The gals working were great and the customer service was superb whether it was the front desk gal or my waxer. If this is your first time booking a Brazilian, I’d recommend choosing a 45 min appointment with a senior waxer. I opted for a 30 min appt thinking I’d have no issues. However, I felt like that wasn’t enough time and my waxer started to rush through removing the strips towards the end of the appt. The wax used kept getting hotter and hotter despite when I commented on the temperature of it. When I got home, I was surprised to see some blood left behind on my gusset and am not sure if that’s normal. (Definitely was not an issue with period or spotting.) TLDR: superb customer service, opt in for a 45 min Brazilian if it’s your first time in a while

First Brazilian + Brow Magic + Matching Ladybugs! Just had my brows and first-ever Brazilian wax done by Ella, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was pretty nervous walking in, but Ella made me feel totally at ease from the start. She’s kind, professional, and somehow manages to turn a potentially awkward service into something that feels like hanging out with a longtime friend. Her technique is amazing - quick, clean, and way less painful than I expected. I laughed more than I winced, and that’s saying something! She talked me through every step, checked in often, and made sure I was always comfortable. The brow work? Flawless. Sculpted to perfection without being overdone. I walked out feeling smoother, snatched, and seriously confident. And to top it off - we had matching ladybugs on our fingernails, which felt like a sign from the waxing gods that this was meant to be. ✨🐞 Ella’s got the magic touch and the best energy. If you’re even thinking about booking - do it!
