This was my first-ever facial, and it was such a wonderful experience! The environment was calming and felt safe. Cyndee took the time to walk me through each step of the service and explained what was happening. I really appreciated that she asked about allergies and was careful to ensure none of the products irritated my skin. It was clear she is very skilled, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients' well-being. I left feeling relaxed and confident in the care that I received.
