This was my first time going to get my lash extensions fill here. I have been many places however this was my least favorite. The chairs were all in the same room and they are recliner chairs which don’t go down all the way so I don’t understand how they can get the lashes even if I am not laying all the way down (all the other places I’ve been you lay all the way down). Additionally, I’ve never had hands be put on my face as I was getting extensions but that’s what happened here. The out come wasnt that bad but they just don’t seem full and there were several lashes applied to my lower lashes which has never happened to me before. I don’t feel like this was worth $65 as, like I stated, the lashes aren’t full enough. This is just my personal preference, nothing against the place or people who work there just wanted to share my experience. The good thing though is that all the individuals who work there are very friendly!

Lash artist Jen is the best! She's calm and patient with a gentle hand. Came to Jen to fix lashes done elsewhere and boy, am I glad I did! As a lash extension novice, it was so comforting to have Jen go over my options and what to expect which helped me select the lashes I was comfortable with, and look forward to having my lashes done right! Before Jen could actually work on my lashes, though, she had to remove the lashes I had on. And while lash removal is probably not a big deal, let me tell you, it was such a different experience from when the other lash artist had put those lashes on. Jen's removal was painless, completely different from my experience when they were put on. Needless to say, this experience alone confirmed that I had come to the right place! At any rate, came back the next day for a new set of lashes and let me tell you - this was a completely different experience than at the other salon! Jen explained what she was doing, let me sleep and when I woke up while she was still working on my lashes, she continued to explain what was going on. I throughly enjoyed the entire experience - from being greeted by a beautiful young lady at the front, to Jen's professionalism and gentleness during the procedure, as well as Jen calling another lash artist to review my lashes (it's their procedure to review each other's work to ensure quality!). I loved the relaxing and friendly atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!!

I trust them with my life. My lash artist Grace is the sweetest, the prices are great with an amazing student discount, the store is clean, and the result is amazing. I wouldn't ever imagine going anywhere else. The best lashes in Reno and possibly the west coast. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
