NATALIE is AMAZING! All of my lash appointments were such great experience—she’s professional, kind, and incredibly talented. I love my lashes that I kept going back. The space was clean and comfortable, the process was relaxing, and the results are flawless each time. My lashes look beautiful and natural—highly recommend SBK beauty. They are also very understanding of emergencies and not charging me late cancellation fee. Things happens and they are very understanding and certainly will work with you but of course do not be a repeat offender. Thank you, Kym Hanson, for creating SBK.

I'm new to getting my lashes done. The appointment was easy to make online. My first visit was very comfortable! I look forward to my next appointment. Rylee is very knowledgeable and talented! She has explained every step of the process and has been very patient with my questions. My lashes look very natural and are easy to take care of. Great job Rylee! I recommend everyone that is tired of dealing with mascara smudges to try this! I love mine!

Had two bad experiences here. First time my eye lid developed a bump from baby lashes being pulled by the glue once Kim separated the lashes the bump eventually went away, but there wasn’t any accountability that was taken here by Kim. I thought to give it another shot thinking it was a one time mistake after the second lash appointment my right eye started turning red. I went to urgent care immediately and was prescribed eye drops. I got in touch with Kim immediately asking if it’s possible to be at least partially refunded because of the two lash appointments I have had I haven’t had an successful results that didn’t leave me having some kind of issue with my eyes. Again there was no accountability taken here and she denied even a partial refund. What really surprised me is the lack of accountability as a business owner. I wouldn’t have wrote this review unless she had bothered to at least take accountability for the result of her work
