I visited Style Brow Designs & Collections on Saturday evening for threading (unibrow, upper lip, and chin). Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The technician I had was extremely rough, and the thread repeatedly broke during the service. At one point, my chin began bleeding. I now have visible marks, which I will be attaching photos of. What concerns me most is that instead of acknowledging the issue, she blamed it on my “sensitive skin.” However, this has only happened with her. I’ve had the same services done by other technicians at this location without any problems. I’m very uncomfortable with the outcome and would appreciate a refund or some type of resolution. I hope management takes this seriously to prevent this from happening to other clients.

Brow styles is such a wonderful place! Quick, efficient and beautiful! My skin is too sensitive for waxing and why pluck when you can get them styled actually well, and have all the hairs out in under five minutes!
