* Please read full review before booking. I’ve been standing outside the door waiting for my appointment for an hour. Now I have to leave without receiving my service. Waste of my valuable time, this appointment was in preparation for an important day for me. If you were running late, especially an hour late, someone could have let me know. I trusted and was truly depending on you all to uphold your end of things. I regret coming here today and I won’t be returning. I couldn’t wait to recommend you all to my network but now I’ll be letting them know of my experience today. Edit: Response To Owner I’m surprised to see that I was marked as a No-show, being that I arrived 20 minutes early and was inside the building, outside the suite the entire time. I also checked in about 10 minutes early, and I have confirmation of that. I rechecked after I hadn’t been seen for 30 minutes and the portal said my appointment was in progress although I was still waiting in the hallway. I experienced something completely different than what you’re saying happened. If you’re thinking about booking here, let this be a warning to you.

Gladys was personable and put me at ease. Talking took my mind off of things and by the time I knew it, I was finished. Small, bright and cheery studio space. Would def recommend.

Amazing service and experience!!! The check-in process was super smooth, and the service was even better than expected. First-time client here, and I ended up getting a membership, that’s how great it was! 🩷 Nyasia did my service, and she was absolutely lovely and so patient. She walked me through the entire process and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!!
