Im rating you a three star because your new hire is a little rough with her customer service. I ask if I would be able to use the bathroom while I wait to get called in for my service and she told me that I had to wait. I was kinda upset and was going to leave, but I had a prior engagement, and did have time to go somewhere else, but I’m glad I stayed because the young lady that did my waxing was Awesome. She held great conversation with me, and that helped me not think about getting these side burns getting pulled out of my face!!! Thank you and sorry I can’t remember any names!
