This was my first facial ever ! Ava was my esti and she was amazing. She gave me great recommendations for products for my acne prone, accutane healing, dry skin. She was so welcoming. She asked me if I wanted to take my shoes off, get a weighted blanket. She also asked if i wanted this session to be educational or relaxing-I thought this was super thoughtful and important to do. I also noticed she gauged the level of conversation I wanted. The spa was super cute and so cozy ! I immediately signed up for a membership and I hope everyone else does too!!!
