I have been doing waxes for 4+ years and was still having issues with ingrowns etc. I went to see Kay and have had a noticeable improvement in all the issues I was experiencing over the past six months I’ve been seeing her!! Not only that she is literally the sweetest and most considerate person in the world! Always ready to accommodate and she communicates very well if she needs to adjust your appointment! Oh also her eyebrow wax game is insane and she gets them right every time!! I get so many compliments when she waxes by brows and I don’t even touch them anymore, I just go straight to Kay! * PLEASE READ * * ESPECIALLY IF NEW TO SATX * As someone who just moved here from FWTX looking for a new waxer, this was the BEST EXPERIENCE 🫶🏼🫶🏼 I could have ever hoped for. I stumbled across her page on TikTok trying to find someone who looked like they knew what they were doing, and trust me SHE DOES ❤️. As a person who has only ever done hard wax in the past and tried soft wax once and didn’t enjoy it, I decided to try it again with her and I had 0/10 pain!!! Each time she took it off it was so quick and the pain was minimal!!! She used a different type of soft wax than what I had used before which is formulated for sensitive skin, and it worked great!!! 🥳 It had been 3 months since my last wax, and I have thick, course, curly hair that grows pretty long (about 2 inches) but decided to cut it down as best as I could. Even the hairs that I couldn’t cut down that were being pulled barely even hurt, so trust me try it out!!! She’s also very professional, respectful, and overall just an amazing person with great customer service. If you’re looking for a new waxer in SATX I highly recommend her! My experience was a 10/10, and I will definitely be back in the future!!!

Brow Queen Kay slayed it! It’s been a decade since I had my eyebrows tattooed, and the color had significantly faded. I took a chance with Kay and decided to get my brows tinted—and I’m so glad I did. She was attentive, detail-oriented, and truly worked magic. The color was beautifully enhanced, and what amazed me most was how she brought even the thinnest hairs to life. My brows look darker, fuller, and—best of all—completely natural. I am in love.
