I called and was sent to vegas. I was given two options for times. The San Diego location doesn’t answer their phones. I also needed directions. I arrived 7 min late while navigating driving, my gps, and calling and the person at the front said she couldn’t do the service because she has someone at 5:20. Mind you it says there is a 10 minute grace period. I do not recommend and won’t be back.

Went here after I got my first sugar wax Brazilian and was slightly traumatized and scared. Sophie J was absolutely amazing and honestly the sweetest. She made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that it wouldn’t hurt as bad, she was correct. Wax was super quick and smooth and she’s great to talk to. I will be coming back!!!!

Very disappointed with the service. I got a Brazilian less than two weeks ago and experienced irritation immediately afterward, which tells me the wax used wasn’t good. On top of that, some hair started growing back as if I had shaved instead of waxed. I called to ask if a touch-up was possible, and the person who answered the phone was rude and told me it would be a full charge for another full Brazilian—just for a few spots with regrowth after only a week and a half. That has never happened to me after a proper wax before.
