Rosemary is absolutely incredible. As a male guest, she made me feel completely comfortable and genuinely well taken care of from start to finish. She was incredibly thorough, took her time, and made sure every detail was perfect - I left completely hairless. She’s officially my go-to from now on.

Ashley is amazing! She’s very thoughtful and makes the waxing process so much less painful thanks to her technique. I’ve noticed such a big difference compared to others — with her it’s always more comfortable. She also takes the time to remove every single hair, even doing cleanup with tweezers when needed, which I really appreciate. On top of that, she’s super nice and makes you feel completely at ease. I’ll always try to book with Ashley!

I’ve been to a number of European Wax Centers around the country due to the nature of my work. Generally I have a great experience. Unfortunately this was an experience that was less than stellar. I arrived about 10 minutes early and while I was in the lobby, the two staff at the front desk were gossiping about some of the customers. I get it, people chat at work. But in front of other customers is unprofessional. The esthetician who waxed was very professional and kind. We had a great conversation and the wax was over quickly. Unfortunately the next day I noticed burn marks under both my eyebrows. I’ve had my eyebrows waxed at other places before and never had burn marks. The burns are also pretty painful. I hope they don’t progress over the next few days.
