Great service and a clean studio. They offer subscription plans to offset cost of select beauty services. I am glad that waxing (followed by touch ups via threading) is offered. Do note to budget enough time for these visits. Weekday hours of 4:45pm and after is simply crazy busy with a Wait. Do note that your subscription srvcs (if you've selected multiple srvcs for that particular package) need to be done same-day; otherwise the employees state that you have 1 week left to complete the say, 1 of 3 srvcs that weren't complete. I did not budget enough time and was ready to head to an appt. Then when I attempted the visit before the 1-wk window, I came too close to closing hour. That, I understand. So writing to offer a heads up.

I had such a great experience here. I walked in and was helped immediately with no wait at all. I was greeted by an older woman who was so sweet, gentle, and welcoming she truly gave comforting mom energy. She took her time, checked in with me as she shaped my brows, and made sure I was happy with the results. The whole experience was quick, easy, and really pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Hopefully this review saves you. That’s why I’m leaving it because this is a matter of someone completely ruining your brows. I usually had an amazing experience at threading salons but this one completely ruined my eyebrows forever. It was my mistake just running in there without much research. I told the lady “just CLEAN UP”. I showed her that I want to keep the shape just lightly clean up around. She took 5 minutes. It was so quick. She said “hold your skin around the eyebrows” and she quickly went through to get them done. 5 minutes passed. I looked in the mirror, I think I was in shock and horror that I was speechless wanted to leave. I left the $16, as she was asking me about some kind of subscription. I left as fast as possible. Looking at my eyebrows at home, I noticed that she SHAVED THEM OFF it literally looked like eyebrows from the 90s. Very very thin. What she did is the threaded the inner eyebrows (which I’ve been growing out) as well as ALL THE SIDES. So my eyebrows are thin and short now. I’ve been growing them for years, and she literally took out the parts that YOU SHOULD NOT when you thread. The parts that make your eyebrows look nice and full. I thought she was going to just thread and remove the access hair around my eyebrows but she RESHAPED THEM completely, turned them thin and with no sides. Also they are uneven! One is more flat and one is more square. I’m still crying about this until today and will work on growing them back. I’m really ruined because I worked so hard on growing them, now I don’t know if they will ever grow back. My mistake for going in there and saying “just clean up” she clearly pretty much shaved my eyebrows off. Hopefully I can save a life with this review.
