Amazing and relaxing experience! I had a facial with a chemical peel, and Lily was the best. She really knows what she’s talking about and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The treatment was very relaxing, and the products she recommended have helped my skin so much. My skin looks smoother and brighter already. Highly recommend this spa and Lily. I will definitely be booking again.

I can't say enough good things about Theory. I moved to Seattle 6 years ago and tried a couple of places before finding Theory and have never thought about looking anywhere else since. I've received facials, sugaring, and lash and brow services and have never been disappointed with the quality. I almost always book with Kandace but I've also had Sarah before when Kandace wasn't available. Both are amazing. I started going here for waxing but Kandace explained the difference between waxing and sugaring to me and the benefits of sugaring so now I exclusively do that. I also booked a series of facials with Kandace last year leading up to my wedding and my skin has never looked and felt better than it did on my wedding day. The atmosphere inside is so relaxing - comfy furniture, soothing music, nice smells, soft lighting, etc. The rooms are always clean with fresh sheets and towels. I also appreciate that while they sell really great, high quality products, they don't pressure you to buy anything. They will tell you the benefits of the products if they genuinely think it'll help you, but it's clear that they want you to be comfortable there above all else.

Kandace is a queen and has helped completely transform my skin! I’ve been working with her for many years. initially I came in for waxing only and in the last 2 years I’ve been seeing Kandace for facials and micro-needling, and have been using skincare regimen curated by her. My skin is constantly glowing and the best it’s ever been. I’ve also seen Melissa for my eyebrows when Kandace is out of town. I highly recommend Kandace and the team at Theory for all of your skincare and waxing needs!!
