Incognito - Aveda Concept Salon & Spa

TBH, I have been getting my hair cut by Chloe since before she worked at Incognito. She is so talented that she was worth following from her old salon to here. She is a master at color and is very good about listening to her Clients' needs. I am writing this review now because it has been a while since my last cut and I am due for another. But I was noticing how nice the layers she created have been growing out. Every time she cuts my hair, the style evolves beautifully (and I don't have easy hair). If you need a talented hairdresser, I highly recommend Chloe!

I knew I was going to get a great haircut, but also received a full blown spa treatment, hand massage and all. Chelsea is amazing and she always makes my hair feel healthier and I step out of her chair feeling so good about booking that appointment. Taking time out of my busy schedule for a little self care never felt so good.

To say I am pleased would be a massive understatement! I went to a different salon and the lady WRECKED my hair. Seriously, it was awful, as you can see by the photo. I, by some miracle, was able to get in to see Danielle the following day. Her and another stylist took so much time looking through my hair and collaboratively came up with a strategy to fix what had been done. They were careful not to get my hopes up, but said they would do what they could to get it looking nice. I'm not sure how they managed it, but my hair is PERFECT! It's exactly what I had wanted it to be from the get go. I am so very thankful to these ladies for fixing my hair and will only be coming here from now on!
