If you’re someone who is loyal to a specific hairdresser then cool (cause same)! But if you’re looking to explore your hair, there are many different salons that will offer you an inclusive, friendly and professional experiences. Since I moved to Spokane I’ve been loyal to one stylist who understands my relationship with my hair, but the treatment of clients and staff within this establishment is unprofessional. Below I’ve attached a photo of when the ceiling fell down in the middle of a promotional video shoot!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience here! I went in with inspiration photos and a desire to try something new, and I’d never really had my hair done by a professional stylist before. Jess truly brought my vision to life. She asked all the questions, made sure she understood exactly what I wanted, and even took the time to teach me how to style my hair. Douglas is THE BEST. I have very curly hair…and also greyed at a young ago so my hair doesn’t respond the way normal hair does. Douglas is so incredibly knowledgeable with my cuts every time I go in.
