My technician, April was phenomenal. She made me very comfortable and paid great attention to all the details. It was only my second time, in life, having a Brazilian wax and this one was very therapeutic.
I called and was able to get an appointment right away. Great customer service and very friendly. My specialist Lauren was so kind and funny and I immediately felt comfortable. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows and I'm so thankful for her. She got my eyebrows looking amazing with some tinting! Cant wait to come back!
I received a brow wax and tint service on January 3, 2026. Within an hour of leaving the facility I noticed extreme discoloration and patchiness from poor service and immediately returned to have it fixed. I was first told that the person that originally performed the service was gone and wouldn't be back until the following week so I would need to wait until then. After I told her that was unacceptable business practice, she called the manager, Lydia, to confirm that another person could fix the problem. I was taken back by another person and she tried to fix it, she noticed that the brow ended up being incredibly darker than the other one. We tried for several minutes to fix it but could not, she apologized profusely and immediately told the two girls at the front desk to ensure I was refunded for the damage. I was told the refund would be issued. When I notice the refund still had not posted within two days, I asked to speak to Lydia directly. I was told she wouldn't be in for a few days but was guaranteed she would return my call. When she finally did, five days later, she confirmed she had been on vacation and also told me that she could not issue a refund because my invoice was "locked" and it would have needed to be issued within 48 hours of the transaction. She refused to put me in touch with a regional manager or anyone that could help with the problem. This was the worst customer service experience I've had. I gave the facility two opportunities to remedy the situation and both times they failed to do what was best practice.
