I recently had a haircut experience at Lemon Salon that left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. I had shown Heather a specific photo of the hairstyle I wanted and explicitly discussed my expectations with her. Unfortunately, she assured me that she could replicate it, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. First and foremost, the lack of professionalism was evident from the beginning. Despite providing clear visual references and discussing my desired look in detail, Heather seemed disinterested and disengaged throughout the entire process. It was apparent that she didn't pay attention to my requests or take them seriously. To my dismay, the end result was nothing like what I had asked for. The hairstyle Heather gave me was completely different from the photo I had shown her. It seemed as though she had not even made an effort to understand my preferences or deliver an outcome that resembled what we had discussed. The haircut was unflattering, poorly executed, and not at all what I had envisioned. Furthermore, Heather's lack of skill and expertise was evident in the execution. The cut was uneven, with noticeable jagged edges and uneven lengths. It was clear that she was not experienced or knowledgeable enough to handle the requested style. I left the salon feeling extremely dissatisfied and regretful for putting my trust in Lemon Salon and Heather. I would strongly advise anyone considering Lemon Salon to think twice before booking an appointment with Heather or anyone at this establishment. The lack of professionalism, disregard for customer expectations, and overall incompetence displayed during my visit were simply unacceptable. As someone who values their appearance and puts trust in professionals, this experience was not only disappointing but also a waste of time and money. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior and lack of skill in a salon that claims to provide quality services. I sincerely hope that Lemon Salon takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues I have raised. It is crucial for them to prioritize customer satisfaction, professionalism, and the ability to deliver on promises. As for Heather, I strongly urge her to improve her communication skills, attentiveness, and overall expertise before accepting any more clients. Overall, my haircut experience at Lemon Salon was a complete disaster. I will certainly not be returning and would caution others to reconsider their options before trusting their hair to this salon or stylist.

I looked for a salon that could do my hair for my son's wedding - I was coming in from out of town. I reached out to Maddie to ask a few questions before booking, and she was very responsive. She did a great job on the day of! I needed something for a hot and humid August day!

I live close by, googled salons and read A LOT of good feedback about Maddie. I did a haircut with her and then a 4h balayage. It was WONDERFUL! Maddie’s super nice, accommodating and also gives advice if asked of what will work better. I loved the results and SPEED. Loved it
