If I could put zero stars i would. My sons grandmother took him here for back to school. They put a texturizer in his head and left it in waaayyy too long. Im furious!! It's overly straight and there's literally nothing we can do to fix it 😡😡

So I called to see if they could do finger waves and they told me that they could so I said OK I will come in and show a picture of what I mean and so I did that and the guy say oh yes, I have a stylist that could do those finger waves for you. I said OK that’s fine. He told me that he would wash and cut my hair until she arrives so when he went in to cut my hair, he was aware that I did not want my haircut short because I was trying to achieve a longer finger wave length so he still proceeded to cut my hair short, REAL CHOPPY! & dug deep in my scalp pulling glue from my head with perm in it I wanted to say stop but also trusting the process then the lady came in to do the finger waves and she used a pound of gel in my hair, which I’ve never seen anyone do finger waves with gel, I could be wrong. However, the finger waves were not of my liking. It was not what I told her I wanted. So I told them to wash it out It was horrible. Honestly, I STILL HAVE PAIN WHILE WASHING MY HAIR BCUZ OF THE PERM HE GAVE ME WHILE DIGGING IN MY SCALP this shop is overall one of the worst experience I’ve ever had with my hair. ITS A HELL NO FOR ME

Takes me back to my childhood at the neighborhood beauty parlor. Happy I found them, finally no more braids. 🙃
