The Palm Esthetics inside the Makers Building

I cannot be positive about a service that I never received. I arrived at this establishment at 10:20. I wanted to make sure that I got there early, but I had trouble navigating my way through until someone let me in. I called 2 times at 10:26 with absolutely no answer. I make it to her suite at 10:28. I don’t knock because the sign says to not knock because there might be an appointment in session. At 10:40, the person who operates suite 10 comes in and I ask if she can get in contact with the owner of this salon suite. She texts her, and I call once more at 10:46. I waited until 10:57 before I had to be back at work. So, I wasted my early lunch break for a service that I did not receive; and, I wasted money on an Uber to get there and back. And, the only person that helped was the person next door. I added my confirmation to prove that I had an appointment and the front of the suite to show that I actually showed up. I started seeing Breanna about two years ago when I was at the end of my rope dealing with dryness and cystic acne. She is amazing. Not only does she go above and beyond making sure I get a treatment customized for my own skin concerns and needs, but she helped teach me how to better take care of my skin. She’s kind, understanding, and truly cares about helping her clients. I’ve been to other estheticians that come across as a bit condescending and try to up-sell me on products they carry in the salon. This is not Breanna at all. She took the time to learn about me, respects my budget constraints, and truly does everything she can to make sure I feel confident and happy in my own skin. She even researched the medications my dermatologist has me on so we could best complement them with facials and my every day skin care routine. I cannot say enough good things about her and her services. Every time I see her, I leave feeling better about myself and like I’ve gotten to spend an hour with a close friend. 10/10 recommend. Go see her.

I have skin allergies and she makes sure the products work with my skins. Breanna is bubbly and full of life, I really enjoy talking to her during my treatments. I feel like my skin is getting better every time I go.
