My wife came in for a service and has always booked with the same specialist she is comfortable with. Over her last three visits, despite requesting the same person, she was serviced by three different employees each time. This understandably caused confusion and frustration. She spoke with the new shop manager, Carlotta G, seeking clarity, but the manager appeared unprepared, unable to provide answers, and spoke to my wife in a condescending and dismissive manner. At no point was my wife rude, loud, or disrespectful. She simply asked why her requests were not being honored. The front desk staff also failed to give a clear explanation. Additionally, we have personally witnessed Carlotta G speak rudely to other guests and even to staff members. Her attitude and lack of professionalism are concerning, and it is difficult to understand how the shop operates effectively under her management. Carlotta G needs to be disciplined and trained on proper communication, professionalism, and customer service. No guest should feel belittled or dismissed for asking reasonable questions, especially when they are loyal, repeat customers. The three service providers who worked with my wife during her visits were professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, this positive experience does not extend to the shop manager. Due to the manner in which the situation was handled, we will be submitting a formal complaint. This level of unprofessionalism from management is unacceptable.
