This place was recommended by a good friend and ever since then I have been going there but not any more. I have had 2 microneedling treatments and for my last treatment, i couldn’t make my appointment due to work call out at the hospital. I informed them as soon as I found out which was less than 24 hours of my appointment. As a follow up from the team I was told that their system wouldn’t allow them to make changes to the appointment that are in less than 24 hours. I was extremely disappointed in how they handled this. Policies and systems are there to help the humans and not be completely dependent on it. As a healthcare worker we have lots of polices and systems in checks but that has never been the ultimate determinant factor that would stop us on providing care. Despite knowing that I have been coming to you guys and explaining my situation and all you have to say that your system won’t let you make any changes, is not a satisfactory response and relationship that I would expect or want to keep. Maybe it’s time to look for an alternative system. I hope you maintain your policies as those are important but at the same time valuing and stepping up for your regular customers when they need you and understanding their situation is something your business lack and need to be taken into consideration. It's clear that I won't be coming there anymore nor recommending your services to anyone anymore. You might be great at what you do but if you can't provide valued care no one would care for the service you have to offer.
I book the service for my 6 year old son. From first meet to the end of his session she was so sweet and patient with him. She kept him engaged and his mind free with sweet little questions which he enjoyed. His session was quick and his face seems to be clearing up within a few hours. Highly recommend.
I’ve gone back and forth about writing this because I genuinely wanted to love this place. I’ve driven from Orlando to Tampa on about four separate occasions over the past year and have spent a little over $500 here. While that may not be a large amount to the business, it is a meaningful investment for an individual client, and I continued to return even when some services felt inconsistent rather than raising complaints. I’ve also referred multiple people and regularly promoted the business by word of mouth, including referring someone the night before this appointment. I don’t expect recognition for that, but it does reflect that I’ve been supportive, kind, and respectful as a client. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing. I notified the spa by both calling and texting about 30 minutes prior to my appointment that I was dealing with a tire issue and would be delayed, despite still planning to make the drive from Orlando. During my drive there, I was told I would lose my deposit and that no leniency could be offered. I understand that policies exist, but given the advance notice and my history as a repeat out of town client, the lack of grace felt rigid and discouraging. I was also told that I would need to come in person to obtain my service records, which was frustrating as driving back to Tampa is a significant distance. That added to the overall feeling of inconvenience. I do want to highlight that Rosie provided excellent service on two occasions she was thorough, professional, KIND and consistently did a great job! Overall, I’ve had some positive experiences here and truly wanted this to be a long-term place for me. This situation left me feeling sad and disappointed, not angry. I hope the business considers how flexibility and grace in situations where clients communicate in advance can make a meaningful difference, especially for out-of-town clients. To your response: Thank you for taking the time to respond. I understand your policy is a 15 minute grace period but as discussed DURING my trip there I had tire issues and I saw that my eta showed I’d be 30 minutes late. Though it was completely out of my control, I acknowledged that I understood policy and respected that. I’m not sure where the misunderstanding is but I hope things clear up. I wish the best for your business.
