The Grand Beauty Spa honestly made our time the most amazing ever! They were so detailed and attentive, making sure our party (which was a big one) had everything we needed to enjoy our relaxing day. From organizing the schedules to providing amazing therapists and hair specialists, this place is short of nothing! The amenities are well kept, and they make sure that any inconvenience is taken care of in a timely manner. They took care of all 10 of us and did so amazingly. I honestly can’t wait to be back in Tampa to visit this place again! ❤️ BIG THANK YOU!!!!!

This spa is the equivalent of attending a timeshare: slightly underwhelming, overly pushy, and somehow you leave feeling like you spent money you never knew you were spending. The staff acts like they’re paid strictly on commission. The owner spent 10 minutes my first time in hard selling me on a yoga retreat while I was trying to enjoy my manicure. I told her no several times— every single interaction is an upsell, and the actual services are sub-par at best. Nails are less than 24 hours old and they took an hour and a half. I tried to cancel my Grand Lux package within the first month, well before my second month’s charge. Not only were my last services overcharged, but I was then informed that even if I didn’t like the services in the first month, it “didn’t matter,” and I couldn’t cancel. After being told by the front desk staff it was already canceled 24 hours prior Excuse me? Absolutely not. Between the hard-selling, the mediocre treatments, and the shady membership tactics, this place is a hard pass. Save your time, your money, and your stress level — there are plenty of spas that don’t treat customers like a quota. Side note: Front desk staff is amazing.

I’ve been coming to the grand beauty spa for over a decade and love the services, staff, and place. As a spa member I take advantage of the steam room, sauna, and cold plunge multiple times a week, where I get to enjoy the locker room space all to myself; the front desk staff is very thoughtful and attentive— offering drinks, hot towels, and delivering a great client experience. The deep tissue massage with Lily was 10/10, as someone who’s been an athlete and stays active in the gym, seeing her at least once a month is essential, I also tried the head spa for the first time with Diana and was blown away by the service— very relaxing and leaves your hair feeling silky smooth. My hair stylist is Carmen, who I’ve been coming to for years and she does a great job every single time. Whenever I come to the Grand, I leave happy and well taken care of. The entire staff puts great emphasis on making sure each and every client feels pampered
