Not sure what happened this time. Usually have a great experience. Paid $46 and came back for the first time not satisfied because I felt my eyebrows were dark but the dark didn't bother me as much as how off center they were. I did not like that I was told "its your eyebrows they are not even". I know they are not even, no ones are but they were drastically off center and I felt like I was being gaslit. I requested brown and mentioned I would be doing auburn hair tomorrow a reddish brown so the color mix was new. First photo was before I came back. Second photo is after the correction. Third photo is how they usually are everytime I come. I did appreciate being called to check if I was satisfied and Im not good at speaking up, I did agree they were much better after I left but later after my baby shower I am home feeling like I spent $46 to wait for crooked dye stain to fade along with not really appreciating being gaslit like it was my eyebrows that are crooked and not a busy day and mistaken job. I felt I was kind but felt uncomfortable to speak up because it felt like I was made that its my eyebrows shape and height at fault.

First time here. Besides being able to easily make an appointment on the app Vagaro for eyebrow threading, henna brows and lip threading, it wasn’t even worth it. Made my appointment at 11 am when they open and no one was there, wasn’t open yet and there was other customers waiting that they even asked me if I worked there because I was there earlier!! Looks pretty bad, waited 10 minutes in the rain before someone finally pulled up and opened. We all sat down and were immediately called up to take a seat, it was almost like she didn’t acknowledge that she had an appointment and didn’t call up a name to see if I was there or not so even though I asked the other customer if they had an appointment knowing I did, I went ahead and sat down and got down to threading my eyebrows. I showed her a reference of how I normally do my eyebrows with makeup so that she could have an idea of how I would want them shaped but it didn’t even help. During the threading she received two calls and answered both, at some point she was telling me to hold down my eyelids to avoid cuts but I didn’t even know she was talking to me because she was in the call. Very unprofessional. When done, my eyebrows came out alright, I already don’t have much hair so cleaning them up to give them shape was great she let me know where I should leave alone my brows to grow and when to come back to clean up and I appreciated that. I am very cautious with my eyebrows and really have a hard time picking salons because I have had bad experiences before with my eyebrows being done too thin or uneven. After she was done with my eyebrows she told me I was good to go, so again she did not know I was her 11 AM appointment because she never asked or heard me telling the customers earlier that I made an appointment. So I had to tell her I came for henna eyebrows and lip threading. She rushed in the back to grab the materials and got into doing my henna. It was awkward having customers just watch me getting my brows done, they are understaffed because there should be someone else for at least the walk in customers. When she did my henna it felt very rushed especially for something that would stain my hair and skin I was getting worried. Once she was done applying henna I had to wait for it to settle in and while that happened she took in the other customer. But once it was time to remove the above layer of henna it just didn’t turn out good…it looked faded already and expected darker since I have less eyebrow hairs. By the way I don’t pluck them much, my eyebrows are genetic. I totally get that my face is more lifted on one side more than the other but the effort wasn’t shown to make it better. Once that was done, my lip threading was done quickly and well done. But once it came to paying because she came late she didn’t have time to set up her computer so I was there standing for a good almost 8 minutes even asked me if I had another method of paying but card is the most common way to pay and that’s what I was using:/ I was nice enough to leave a 5 dollar tip….even after spending 55 dollars to be left unsatisfied and embarrassed about my eyebrows, thankfully my bangs covered them. With all my effort to let my eyebrows grow for as much as they could so that they could be “professionally shaped” this was a waste. That was my first and last day there.

Amazing service and great prices. I’ve been looking for a good threading place in Tucson and have found that with Dalina’s! I came in after growing out my eyebrows. They were able to help me find what shape suited my face based on what I wanted and their expertise. 10/10 recommend! Thank you!
