I have been getting my lashes done for years now and Cecilia is the best. She is versatile, detailed and just very talented! I’m constantly getting compliments on my lashes. I also had my eyebrows laminated with her and omg i absolutely loved them!! I didn’t think there was any hope for my eyebrows! Best in town for sure !
