Refreshed by T salon

Book right now! I had the most fantastic experience at Refreshed by T. Tameka is so warm and welcoming. She explained the entire procedure before starting, and checked in with me frequently throughout to ensure that I was comfortable and enjoying my time. She was very thorough and I left feeling amazing! I got even got a few compliments on how my skin was glowing and I looked refreshed later that evening. I've had facials from a few different estheticians in the past but Tameka surpasses them all. I will definitely be back!

First, the environment was so relaxing. I can tell she loves what she does and knows what she is doing. My face feels so smoothed, first time facial and no bad experience. I hope she gets more clientele because I would hate to see her close down!!

I never write bad reviews, but my experience dealing with this business was so bad, I thought I’d warn others. I bought three mini facial Groupons as Christmas gifts for my family. We tried calling to schedule an appointment and no one answered the phone so we left a message. We never received a call back. We called again and finally got someone who said the Groupon was now expired. The date on the voucher says 8-4-25, and we called before the printed expiration but she said “well if you called on Monday, my phone is off and I don’t always check my voicemail messages, I usually text”. Okay, fair enough, so I ask her “well will you still honor the Groupon since you admittedly don’t check your messages and we called before the expiration?” She says “no.” Okay. I’m frustrated, but didn’t want to waste my money. So I ask her if she will honor the amount I already paid for the Groupon as is Groupon’s policy. She said she would, but the full price is $60. I tell her that the Groupon Voucher says the original price is $50. She calls back and says “yeah, I’m looking at the Groupon on my end and it says $60 and it’s always been $60”. I offer to send her a picture of the voucher so she can see what I see and she refuses saying “well if it says $50 that is Groupon’s mistake and has nothing to do with me.” I ask her if she will honor the price as posted on the voucher and she continued to refuse. The crazy thing is, I would have tipped her well as I understand she is a small business, and had we been treated well, she would have gotten repeated customers, but the way she does business is just bad. Won’t honor the Groupon, won’t honor the listed full price, and just overall really poor customer service. I refuse to give her any more of my money. Buyer beware.
