Rose Room Esthetics- Tulsa, OK

Always pleased with my wax experience here. Not only does Vashay wax well, but she explains things about my skin and skin care that I didn't know about previously without trying to sell me on products. Since I've left Tulsa, I haven't been able to find an esthetician that I've liked as much as her.

I received an eyebrow service here & Vashay was very sweet during her service, but things took a turn for the worse…during the eyebrow service I expressed my worry about breaking out from this service I was assured that if no skin condition was present that I would be fine with whatever products where used! So I got the service done and I asked how much would it be I was told brows were $20 but she has an “after hour” fee of $10 this seemed strange to not mention beforehand but I paid and thanked her! As time went on the skin where she had waxed had became very irritable and you guessed it a break out happened…I let some time go by my service was done on a Friday I reached out to vashay via text Thursday (9/19/24) and I’ll let you read the rest for yourselves…There were a couple more messages exchanged, but she never agreed to a refund not even a partial when she could’ve just expressed in the beginning that she didn’t know what reaction would have been caused and discussed said policy before I left out the door!

Vashay is awesome! From the vibe of her studio, to the conversation its always a great time. She's very fast and also very detailed. I've been visiting her for almost a year now, and its always a good experience with even better results! 10000/10 recommend!
