Today I went to the Hive House and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Chelsey and Brittney. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the beginning. Before my appointment I was in contact with Brittney with endless questions and she took her time to answer each and every one of them. Chelsey was the one that provided my services, a Brazilian wax and a spray tan, she was amazing! She had a very warm and pleasant nature that made me comfortable right from the start. She asked permission before touching me, she walked me through each and every step, she did not do anything without my permission. She constantly checked on me to make sure I was tolerating things well which was easy as she made it very bearable. When she did my spray tan she took her time making sure my tan was even and streak free. She again explained every step and move that she was making or needed me to make. This experience and the services provided were wonderful. I will be returning in the future and referring others to Chelsey.

Alexandria is an amazing esthetician! I feel that hearing the customers needs and understanding what they’re wanting is something a lot of service providers miss. But she just gets it. She makes you feel comfortable and the service is always amazing with a great vibe to top it all off! I had Alexandria and she was wonderful and professional! She made sure I felt comfortable by checking in and telling me what to expect. I had a lash lift, brow tint, and got my eyebrows waxed!
