I’ve been going to Aparnaz for over five years and still make the trip from Arlington because they’re that good. Doesn’t matter the esthetician; they all pay close attention to detail, and my brows always come out perfectly shaped no matter who does them. The space is clean and professional, and they consistently deliver great results every single visit. It’s surprising to see a recent low review since my experience has always been outstanding. I get my brows threaded and my lashes lifted and tinted there, and the quality never wavers. My last lash lift lasted over 6 weeks. I have no doubt the team truly cares about their work and their clients. This place is hands down the best lash and brow studio in the area. Highly, highly recommend.

Princa is the best I have found in the area. I got so many compliments for my brows the first time she did it. She is also very efficient and does not hurt a lot. Her manners are so sweet and friendly. Highly recommend her for threading.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception for this place. I came in for a lash lift, which typically takes around 45 minutes based on my past experiences. Here, the entire process was done in about 30 minutes. The technician also skipped cleaning my lashes beforehand, which other salons always do to avoid potential reactions and ensure the treatment works properly. When I asked about it, I was told that “lifts don’t need a cleaning,” which didn’t sound right, but I decided to trust them and even tipped generously. Unfortunately, within a few days, it was clear that the lift didn’t hold, and my lashes were almost back to normal. When I called the salon, they offered to fix it but told me to wait 7 days to avoid lash damage and any eye sensitivities. I agreed and made a follow-up appointment. However, when I showed up, the technician I had the appointment with wasn’t there, even though I had a text message confirming it. I was then told I actually needed to wait 15 days instead. The whole experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the time or money, especially when there are other salons in the area that provide much better service for the same price or less. I should have listened to the other reviews, which is why I am leaving this one. I will definitely not be going back to get it fixed here.
