I had a wax with Karen and had a dreamy experience. First of all, she is so kind and sweet and FUN! I felt comfortable immediately. Secondly, the way she combined hard and soft wax made the experience basically not painful at all. I would recommend her any day!

Bare Wellness offers a surprising variety of services. I elected to have lash and eyebrow shaping and tint services. My esthetician, Karen, did a fantastic job! She used the most up to date techniques with excellent results. I am very pleased and next time I am in the area I will definitely be booking with Karen!

I’m so grateful to have found Bare Sugar & Wellness, and especially Karen! The spa is conveniently located and has such a calming atmosphere. In addition to top-notch waxing services, they offer wellness treatments like an infrared sauna and cold plunge, which I’m really looking forward to trying. Karen is not only incredibly skilled at what she does, but also warm, welcoming, and professional. I’ve had a hard time finding a great waxer in D.C., and I finally feel like I’ve found someone I can trust. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their well-being.
