I had a sugaring session and it was a great experience. The technician was working alone, but she was super nice and extra careful since I’m pregnant. She made me feel comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend! She did such a great job !

I’ve always loved this place and usually walk out thrilled with my brows. But this time was really disappointing. I didn’t see my usual threader/waxer, even showed a photo of my previous brows, and the result looks nothing like it. I also didn’t enjoy the eyebrow dye experience at all. Frustrating to have paid more for a service I normally love but really didn’t like this time. Definitely remember the name of your favorite person so you can stick with them.

Service was ok, I went for brow tinting. The technician didn't ask about shape and the end result was more round than I prefer. She also didn't say offer any information about aftercare until I asked as I was leaving. I avoided my eyebrows like the plague but less than 72 hours later, the dye is completely gone and I'm back to my eyebrows pencil. I was told it could last up to 3 weeks, I unfortunately barely got 3 days.
