Columbia Threading

I have been going to Columbia Threading for two years now. Originally, I loved the place for its fast paced quality service. However, there has been two recent incidents where my eyebrows have been shaped differently from there original shape without prior consultation. Today, I visited and left extremely disappointed with my eyebrow shape. The Lady told me that she shaped them that way because thats “usually how other people get them.” I’m not other people. If I didn’t tell you to shape them differently or you didn’t ask then why proceed to do it? And I still had to pay for a non satisfactory service. That will be my last time at Columbia threading.

10/10 experience! The customer service was truly top tier everyone was so warm and welcoming, and the space was incredibly clean and inviting. The prices were affordable, which made the experience even better. I got my eyebrows threaded by Sadik and she was absolutely wonderful. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and her technique was so quick and precise that the whole process felt smooth and effortless. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. The eyebrow technician Sadik messed up my eyebrows and made racial inflammatory remarks after I called her out on it. She took off piece of my eyebrow and when I asked for a discount because of it, she said that “you all” always want a discount and the only reason I’m stating that I want a discount is for a discount. I’ve been supporting this business for over 4 years. Such nasty and terrible attitude. She refused to give me the owner’s information and was slamming stuff around as I paid. Stay clear of this business. If you go on Tik Tok, you’ll see similar reviews.
