Nilou was so kind and knowledgeable! She provided excellent customer service - discussing products she was using, asking about my routine and lifestyle, and generally making me feel comfortable in a vulnerable position. Her work was quick and efficient, and she asked me to double check that she didn’t miss spots and I was satisfied. She even gave me a week warranty in case I discovered a spot later. At the end, she offered to clean up my eyebrows for free. 10/10 would return and recommend.

Nilou has a lot of experience and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. She helped me understand my hair type and skin and has a nice clean space. Also her prices are amazing!

Lilu is a hero!!!!!!!!! She gave me an amazing deal, and even cleaned up some waxing from a previous appointment elsewhere! She is MORE than accommodating and willing to work with your schedule. I have an event this weekend and she even helped me get a pedicure nearby. She goes above and beyond & really cares about her clients. Everybody, go see lilu!
