I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this salon, but this most recent one was the final straw. I paid $80 for a dip manicure, and from the start it was clear the technician did not know what she was doing. She was unfriendly and seemed irritated any time I asked a question or spoke up. About a week after my appointment, my nails started crumbling off—not cracking, but literally breaking down like they were soft! The top coat also began peeling on multiple nails! The photo shows the condition of my nails after only about a week, which is completely unacceptable for a dip manicure at this price. Considering the condition of my nails after such a short time, this service was not worth the price paid, and I believe a refund is warranted. Another concerning point is their reviews. Customers are offered $5 off coupons in exchange for leaving a five-star review, which makes the overall rating feel misleading and not reflective of real experiences. For how much they charge, I expect professionalism, skill, and results that last longer than a few days. Unfortunately, this salon has consistently failed to deliver. I won’t be returning.

10/10! I haven't gotten my nails done in years! Amazing reintroduction. I was greeted and sat immediately by the owner. Andy did my toes and my hands! He was so sweet and attentive and made sure I got it exactly how I wanted them. ❤️ my first time getting gel too, amazing service and lovely mimosas sto compliment the good vibes! I enjoyed my experience with my Wanda! She was super thorough, gentle, and paid attention to the detail I wanted! However, I was not a fan of how much they charged for the tiny design I asked for. Nonetheless, I appreciated my nail tech Wanda!
