Waxing the City

5 absolute stars for Felicia. She was engaging, informative, comforting when needed be during the uncomfortable times of the wax. I also enjoyed how she took her time to make sure things were perfect. Najai the front desk attendant was also lovely to speak with and navigated me well. So long European Wax, Waxing in the City it is!! The H st location is great

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It was my first time getting waxed and I talked briefly with my cerologist, Felicia prior to my appointment and she was very reassuring. She made sure that I was okay throughout my appointment and just made the experience a 10/10 all together. I already have my next appointment booked! Update: I have been going to Waxing the city faience October and from the very first visit, I was seeing a difference. From having smoother skin to being able to book appointments further out, my experience has been nothing but wonderful since day one! If you are going go to Felicia. I can never promote her enough! She is so through and just makes the entire experience super comfortable for me!

I had an amazing time here. My wax was prefect and the staff was wonderful. The front desk, I believe her name was Rachelle, was so nice and friendly.
