I’ve had the best experiences here. Lauren recently pierced my conch, and one week later I went back and Michelle pierced my upper helix and flat. Brie helped me pick out my jewelry, none of which I would have chosen without her help. She had great insight. The placement of the piercings is phenomenal. Michelle gave me a semi-hidden helix that couldn’t be cuter. The hypochlorous acid they sell is a game-changer for healing. I have been to many piercing places, many of which are far more expensive than Rowan, and you don’t get as good of service. The service, quality, instructions - all of it is top notch. And zero pretense. It’s just fun with zero snobbery. Highly recommend!!!

Took my 1yo daughter to get her ears pierced and I can’t say enough good things about this establishment! We were greeted immediately - there was no awkward standing around, wondering what we should be doing. Our nurse, Jenna, was so sweet. She was a smiling face for my daughter and extremely detail oriented. I was well versed on after care by the time we left and that was really important to me! I will FOR SURE be back for a piercing of my own! Thanks Rowan & Jenna!!

We had an appointment to get our 5 month old daughter’s ears pierced. We came in about a hour before our appointment and they were able to accommodate, which was awesome! Jenna was amazing and was very informative and gentle with our baby. She made the entire experience that much better and put us at ease. We opted for device piercing and it went super smooth! Our baby cried for 2 seconds and it was done! Like it never happened, which we can appreciate! I love the vibe you get when you walk in! It’s clean, fresh, inviting and all the staff was very friendly! Highly recommend them!
