Tribal Rites Tattoo and Piercing Westminster

Took my daughter here to get her ears pierced a couple weeks ago. She was a bit nervous about getting it done but had been asking for months. Nails and the person's whose name I forgot were fantastic. Not only were they patient with my daughter working through the courage but even stayed late so we could take the time that we needed to. I would totally recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their kids ears pierced, just make sure you bring an actual copy of the birth certificate.

I have been pierced by Nails and Jane has helped me switch out jewelry! My fiancé has also gotten pierced by Nails too. We love this place for piercings. They’re sooo professional, helpful, FUN, kind, and they make it easy. They have a wide selection of jewelry and it’s so fun to talk about different options and ideas. Anyone I’ve interacted with here (whether piercer or tattooer) is super nice. Thanks for all yall do!! 🫶

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD, but that’s not an option! My daughter scheduled an appt and made an honest mistake and thought it was for a Thursday instead of Friday. We did a $45 deposit for the appt but because my daughter made a mistake they wouldn’t honor the deposit. They used the excuse that it was because she wasn’t able to pierce anybody else during that time. However we’ve been here MULTIPLE TIMES and if they actually had people waiting for a piercing I guarantee you they didn’t just sit there and make them wait because her appointment (my daughter) didn’t show up. I should also mention that when we made the appointment her schedule was she completely open. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Although we have been here multiple times, I will never spend another dime at a tribal rights again. There are way too many other good piercing places to spend my money here. It was an honest mistake but clearly customer service isn’t in their business model.
