I had an amazing experience getting pierced. From the moment I sat down, she demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge and professionalism. She didn’t rush straight into the piercing. Instead, she carefully assessed my ear, checked my pre existing holes, and made sure everything was positioned properly before moving forward. Her attention to cleanliness was outstanding. She prepped the area with alcohol, followed with a surgical-grade prep, and maintained a completely sterile field while setting up her instruments. She was meticulous about changing her gloves frequently and never once compromised her sterile technique. As someone who pays attention to detail, that level of care truly stood out to me. She answered every question I had thoroughly and patiently. When she asked which ear or area I wanted to start with, I trusted her professional judgment and let her decide. I was not disappointed. The placement was perfect, and the entire process felt safe, controlled, and well thought out. If you are looking for someone who takes both artistry and safety seriously, I highly recommend her.

I got my 2 year old left nostril piercing tapered a few days ago after having to take it out for surgery in December. Brenna was absolutely amazing. She explained the whole process (both tapering and aftercare). It was fast and easy with minimal pain and I’m glad I have my nose piercing back. Additionally, Lindsay has been my tattoo artist over the last 5 years and has done all 5 of my tattoos. She’s wonderful at paying attention to placement and detail and is more than willing to adjust anything to make sure I’m satisfied at the end of my appointment. She also explained the whole process and aftercare and my tattoos are absolutely perfect. Both ladies are professional and wonderful at their jobs. I’d recommend them to anybody in a heartbeat!
