I have been going to Steve for several years now. I have two full sleeves done by him and some on the chest. He can do about anything tattoo related as well. He is also extremely experienced, and runs his business downstairs in Hard Knox Tattoo. At the time of this review he does. He rarely moves around. I highly recommend everyone to get your work done with him!
