This was my first tattoo experience and it couldn’t have been more pleasant and memorable. Carl is just so down to earth and talented. He walked me through the entire experience from start to finish. Carl is passionate about creating relationships with his clients and you can just feel how much he loves what he does. I will recommend Carl to anyone I know.
