Black Flamingo Collective Tattoo Shop

Black Flamingo Collective is a great place to get a tattoo. It's located on the second floor of the building and is deceptively bigger than it looks from the outside. There are multiple artists there ready to help, and the place is clean and welcoming. Everyone was friendly from the moment I walked in. I had been looking forward to getting tattooed by Jordi Pla. He's a seasoned veteran with years of experience and was featured on the TV show Ink Master. I've always loved his work, especially his red to teal blue color style. Booking was easy. I scheduled everything online through their website and then coordinated the appointment and deposit with his assistant. On the day of the appointment, Jordi was super friendly and had pre-made designs based on the ideas I had shared. He placed the stencils carefully and made sure everything looked right before starting. Throughout the session, he was very accommodating, making sure we took breaks, grabbed lunch, and even put on tv shows to help pass the time. The tattoo came out awesome. He's definitely a perfectionist and took his time to make sure every detail looked right. He's not only a very talented artist but also easygoing and great to work with. It's not always easy to find an artist you really vibe with, but Jordi has great energy and genuinely cares about his clients and his craft. I'll definitely be booking more sessions with him and would highly recommend this shop, especially Jordi.

I’m beyond happy with my new tattoo. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. Josue was patient, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. His touch is light, which made the process so much easier than I expected. His attention to detail is next level everything came out so bright and beautiful. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work. I’ll 100% be going back to him. Highly recommend!

Went here for a Friday the 13th event and was super impressed. We went early knowing that sometimes a Friday the 13th can be an all day affair (which is totally valid and expected given the volume shops can get) but we were in and out so fast due to the incredible organization of this shop. Beyond that, everyone was so kind and respectful. The owner came out to offer us coffee while we waited in the bitter cold, and everyone we interacted with was awesome. This really felt like a clean and safe environment, both physically and psychologically. All of our tattoos turned out awesome too. Super clean. Looking forward to visiting again.
