I’m very disappointed with today’s service. I had a 1:00 PM appointment and arrived at 12:45 PM. There were four individuals already waiting in the reception area. The piercer came to the front, saw everyone seated — including myself — and began calling other individuals by name. Despite having a scheduled 1:00 PM appointment, I was never acknowledged or informed that she was running behind. By 1:20 PM, with no communication or update, I asked the receptionist to please cancel my appointment and ensure I was not charged. I completely understand that as a self-employed professional, things can sometimes run behind. I own my own business as well, and I truly value punctuality and clear communication with my clients. Being acknowledged in the waiting room, especially when you have an appointment time, is simply basic courtesy. It’s unfortunate because during my previous visit I spent well over $500 and was genuinely looking forward to continuing services here. However, this is now my second experience where the environment felt rushed and disorganized. It gave the impression that things were chaotic, and unfortunately that is not a vibe I’m comfortable with. As a business owner, I deeply value respecting clients’ time and making them feel appreciated. Sadly, I did not feel that my business was valued today, and for that reason, I will not be returning.

I visited the shop for the first time today and was greeted immediately by Stephanie. She offers a big selection of beautiful jewelry for any piercing need you have. If she doesn’t have exactly what you want, she will order it for you. The shop was extremely clean and the decorations and plants made me feel at home and at ease. Though someone was before me and she also sanitized the jewelry before working on me, I wasn’t waiting more than 10 min total. Nothing was rushed in any way either, really great experience. I’ll be back very soon!!! 🤩
