Sarah was amazing! She talks you through every step. I got both daith done which she does not recommend. It’s better to do one and let it heal and then do the other but I did both. I didn’t even feel the first one and the second was a slight pinch for about a second. I feel like it’s the piercers expertise and experience that makes it painless and Sarah has a ton of both. I love them and I’m so happy I went through with it. ❤️ clean atmosphere and the girl at the checkout counter was super kind. Will recommend Cowpok to anyone looking for a piercing

First, Anna was the piercer I saw; highly professional and kind. I felt completely comfortable during the actual piercing. The entire studio looked very clean, and the front desk was friendly. I'm not leaving this review to bash the business in any way. Unfortunately, I assumed with all of the information I read and signed booking online that the price shown for the piercing included the jewelry. I've had three other facial piercings (albeit a few years ago) and was never shown/quoted a price that excluded necessary components of the service (ex: initial stud for a piercing). Maybe it's a regional thing as I've only been in NYS a few years. I found this information out once I arrived for my appointment, at which point it was too late to cancel without a fee. When I was shown the jewelry from which to pick, I inquired about pricing and was told that the most important thing was that I liked it and I could be told the price when I picked something out. That felt a bit icky considering not everyone is in a position to ignore cost, but I felt too embarassed to ask what the cheapest option was. I was fairly caught off guard so I didn't bring up my concerns in person, knowing there was little to be done at this point. It doesn't seem like it would be much trouble to include somewhere in the online booking process a note that disclaims the exclusion of jewelry from pricing (especially for people unfamiliar with industry standards). The end price wasn't astronomically higher than I expected to pay before ever looking at Cowpok's website, but the lack of transparency that seems possibly intentional was unsettling enough for me to not return. I've posted a copy of the receipt for anyone who would need an idea of cost before going.

I loved having Anna B. as my piercer. She was very informative, and professional, and all around fun! The process was quick, clean, and painless. I would highly suggest going here to anyone who is looking at getting any sort of piercing or tattoo. Everyone was very inviting and warm, and the studio was beautiful! Lots of jewlery choices, and great advice from the staff to help choose whats best for you. Will definitely be going back.
