I got a tattoo on the back of my hand, and I love how it looks! The staff are welcoming and inclusive, and clear about all shop policies. Joel did my tattoo — he’s extremely talented and has great energy. He’s one of the coolest people I’ve ever met. I highly recommend!

Ali G. and Julia are always the sweetest every time I come in to get piercings. Ali is so professional and such an understanding human being. I trust her wholeheartedly to do my piercings. Getting pierced by her is like striking gold ! I got a 12G Lobe and the whole process was super seamless. Julia is a great asset to their FOH - always going above and beyond to help people, answer questions, and is super helpful with picking jewelry. I know I’m going to have a great time there when I see them. I’ve been coming to Chicago Tattoo and Piercing for a while and I will always recommend it to people. Thank you for the year or so of amazing work and customer service. I have found my people !

I had a phenomenal experience at Chicago Tattoo & Piercing - while I've had several piercings done at various points in my life, Ali G set a new bar for how good the experience can be. Positive, informative, hygienic, and friendly service - I would recommend her specifically, although all of the staff was friendly and responsive. As I was leaving, I was told that "the relationship doesn't end here - if you have any questions, pop by and we're happy to help." You can tell that they mean that. Thanks again!!!
