Pioneer Tattoo Studio

I just got a second tattoo done by Anna and it was a great experience! She’s great at tattooing as well as being professional and kind. She’s accommodating if you need to take breaks. She did a really good job placing the design so it worked with my other tattoos. I know this one will heal up well because the blueberries she did 2 years ago look fantastic. I’m sure I’ll be stopping by to get another tattoo.

This was my first experience with pioneer tattoo studio, and I was there to work with an artist, Andi, regarding the design for my next tattoo. I have provided a number of images and thoughts regarding what I want and she asked plenty of questions trying to really dig into the style that fits what I was mentally envisioning. I selected her for this tattoo after looking at her work online and finding that her style matches up very well with what I am wanting to get, and I look forward to seeing the design that she comes up with soon. I will update the review once I get it. Overall the studio is amazing; very well lit, very spacious and very clean. It feels more like an art studio almost than a tattoo parlor. There are plenty of screens available so there's privacy when the artists are doing their work. Everyone that I met there was friendly and outgoing and willing to talk about their craft and style. It is appointment only so you can't just walk in and see what's happening and check out their artwork, so I do recommend taking a look online to see if any of the artist's styles match what you might be looking for. Update: Andi created a fantastic design from all the images and info I provided, blending her style into the piece. It didn't take as long as expected as she is quick with her art. One last thing I wish to comment on, the table that Ansi uses in incredible. She and a friend designed and built it for this purpose. It has 5" of cushioning, a built-in heater and of course raises and lowers via motors. I really appreciate the thought and effort that has has put into creating a comfortable place for her customers. I highly encourage anyone looking for a tattoo that merges stylistically with hers to book an appointment.

I was tattooed by Anna and the entire experience was great! The shop is adorable and clean and I loved the atmosphere. Anna was an amazing artist and really took her time making sure that I was satisfied in every step of the process. The end result was beautiful and I am very satisfied.
