Everyone in the shop is patient and passionate, making sure you understand the process and feel comfortable the whole time. The quality of the work is insane — crisp lines, smooth shading, and custom designs that look even better than what I imagined. You can tell they put pride into everything they do, from the artwork to the customer service. Giovanni did my neck tattoo, which was a portrait. He finished way faster than I expected (I was in the shop under 2 hours from start to finish). His shop was clean, the environment was comfortable and the vibe was great. His work speaks volumes, I had many people trying to charge me more for work not even half as good as his. He was also helpful afterwards for any questions I had on aftercare and changing my second skin when it came off!

I drove from Indiana after hearing about this place from a friend. I got a medusa tattoo from Lexi. I only had 3 elements (snakes for hair, blank eyes and cracks in her face) that I had to have and she knocked it out of the park. Got a great price too. Everyone is complimenting the artistry. Lexi is truly talented.
