Best shop ever! I wanted a refresh and Mike Moore was phenomenal. He asked what I was looking for and helped me find the exact jewelry I wanted because everything looked pretty and it was hard for me to pick. He changed my daith and tragus piercings. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, down to earth; basically super rad all the way around. The shop was packed when I went on a Friday after work and everyone working I encountered was kind and helpful. No one made me or any other customers feel rushed at all. It was such a great vibe. The shop is spotless, prices are great, terrific variety of jewelry, staff are awesome, the parking and location are easy to access, and they have handmade candles too! Do yourself a favor and get here, you’ll be so happy you did! Thank you Ironclad!

My wife and I have been coming here for piercings for over ten years. We both love how knowledgeable and friendly the staff are. Mike, Chase, and Ben are all SO experienced and helpful, and they're really good about taking time to consider your individual anatomy and discuss piercing placement/jewelry in a very personalized way (I have a deviated septum and Chase was able to figure out how to make my ring sit perfectly)! They'll always try to steer you in the right direction if you're having any issues, and have always been very flexible with their time, especially since they've gone appointment only. The shop is also very open, well lit, Clean, and wheelchair accessible! We've never gone in without being greeted by a friendly, smiling face!!

I’ve been coming to Iron Clad for years. I’ve had piercings done by Mike, Ben, and Chase. I recently came back in for a change of jewelry with Chase. He is the literal best! He is so patient, kind and answers questions in a way that just makes you feel at ease. My recent appointment reminded me why I continue to come back here. Chase is that guy!
