Got a tattoo with Brian. Whole experience was great. Brian was able to come up with a design I really liked and the ink looks great. He has a light hand to boot, knows what he’s doing. Would definitely recommend Mothra as a shop, and Brian as an artist.

Hands down the best tattoo shop I’ve ever been to! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and such a welcoming atmosphere. The entire team is beyond friendly — they make you feel completely comfortable and at home, no matter if it’s your first tattoo or your tenth. The shop itself is spotless — everything is incredibly clean, organized, and professional. You can tell they take hygiene and safety very seriously, which immediately puts you at ease. The artists here are true professionals — talented, patient, and passionate about their work. They took the time to listen to my ideas, gave thoughtful input, and brought my vision to life even better than I imagined. The attention to detail and care they put into every step made it such a great experience. If you’re looking for a tattoo shop that’s friendly, clean, and truly professional from start to finish, this is the place to go. I can’t recommend them enough — I’m already planning my next piece!

I went to this shop on Friday with my boyfriend while he got his first tattoo. Dan was kind enough to take me as a walk-in for a gumball machine tattoo. He was very professional, and I could tell he was excited to work with me. At first, he suggested a color palette that I wasn’t too familiar/comfortable with, but I’m so glad I trusted his expertise because I absolutely love it. He was a great conversationalist and very friendly while working at a quick pace. The tattoo looks awesome and has clean lines, great shading, and a beautiful traditional style. The shop itself was clean and inviting. If I’m up in the area again and I’m jonesing for some new ink, I’ll be sure to call Mothra!!
