Went in for a rook ear piercing. When the lady stuck me in my ear with the needle the first time everything felt okay but then she stuck me again and it was extremely painful. Afterward she told me my ear was too small for the piercing. The other piercers also looked at my ear and it seems like they could tell it would be too small to do just by looking at the size of my ear. I just wish someone would have told me that before my rook got split and punctured. I would have taken their word for it and just got something else. Appreciate not having to pay for that though

Visited twice so far and love the results! Was pierced by Jazz and she was super nice and my piercings went super smooth. Had to bring my friends along for the second time! And can’t beat the deals they offer, high recommend!

I wanna give them 0 stars DONT COME AND Pierce your ears with them I got an ear piercing. I almost fainted from how unprofessional they were also after I left, I kept having to consistently have headaches and at the same time consistently feeling like my eyesight was not the same. I’m going to a actual professional person and it was a waste of money spending my money at this place I regret going there and I regret spending my money there and I’m gonna head to a actual well Dedicated piercing shop Nobody should experience this
