I cannot say enough wonderful things about Body Jewel at the Tuttle Crossing location and the incredible experience we had there for my daughter’s ear piercing. She was extremely nervous and scared beforehand, and as a mom that always makes you a little anxious too. But from the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel completely comfortable and cared for. Reece and Amy were absolutely amazing. They were so patient, gentle, and kind with my daughter. They took the time to talk her through everything, explain what they were doing, and reassure her every step of the way. They never rushed her and made sure she felt safe and ready before moving forward. Their calm and encouraging approach helped turn what could have been a very scary moment for my daughter into something positive and memorable. What truly stood out to me was their level of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism. The entire shop was extremely clean, organized, and professional, which immediately gave me peace of mind as a parent. You can tell they take their work seriously and genuinely care about giving people the best and safest experience possible. By the end of the appointment, my daughter went from being very scared to smiling and feeling proud of herself. That meant so much to me as her mom. Reece and Amy made the experience special, calm, and encouraging for her, and I’m incredibly grateful. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend Body Jewel at the Tuttle Crossing location to anyone considering a piercing. If you have a child who is nervous, this is absolutely the place to go. Wonderful staff! Super helpful with questions and very informative. Everyone was so kind. I barely felt anything with the actual piercing and now on my first day of healing, they still barely hurt. Glad to have found my new go to spot!

I was very nervous to get my septum pierced for the third time as the last time it was done, it was pierced too low. Amy listened to all of my concerns and worries and was incredibly kind and reassured me through my entire piercing. I am so happy with how it turned out and will absolutely be coming back for future piercing needs. Trust you will be taken care of by the staff, they are incredibly customer oriented!
